nak buat website....... stand alone.. sorry you'll fail

huss............. thinking to start to  draft a schools web site, already  search a lot of site about making web... still blur. Of course we cant do it by our self,  even there's a hundred software that help us to create web by our self- alone..... but in one  big organization We mustn't working alone...... ... to Think the" abilities " or the knowledge of........ web making skills...... how to say.....???????? arghhhhhhh.........!!!!!!!!!
i'm still in the "black".....

    actually, i had the web draft, and i'm choosing to not to using any money for it, furthermore our schools is out of budget . mean there's no budget for monthly payment or to throw away a sum of money just for this stuff.... ( let's say.. school will not put any a cent for web making. ) but if any one that kindly "just" to letting / share their web making skills... i personally appreciate it ........
